Mike Henry
Mike Henry has more than 15 years of experience in digital media and has been deeply focused in online video since 2007. Mike was SVP Sales, for Veoh Networks, where he led the company's monetization strategy and built the ad sales and marketing teams. While at Veoh, Mike launched a ground-breaking user targeting platform that allowed marketers to address audiences based on the wide range of videos that they consumed. Before Veoh, Mike held several key posts at Dow Jones & Company, including SVP of Dow Jones Integrated Solutions, the company's cross platform global advertising division. He was also VP, Ad Sales, at The Wall Street Journal Online, where he built the company's first online sales, sales marketing and ad operations teams. In 2009, Mike founded Outrigger Media and attracted a team to develop products and services to improve and enhance connections between producers, brands and others in the online video ecosystem. Development on the OpenSlate platform began in early 2011 as an extension of that mission.
Jonathan Lieberman
Jon is an experienced technologist and entrepreneur with a history of tackling large-scale problems. He has developed a string of companies in the voip, natural language processing, telecom systems, instant messaging, mobile and financial services spaces. In 2007 Jon funded Rapid Ratings, a quantitative ratings company that rates public and private corporations world-wide using purely empirical data. Many of the world's largest, sector-leading companies like Microsoft, MetLife, Amgen, Hess, Marathon, Dresser-Rand, Lowes and scores of others use these ratings every day to identify exposure to risk in their supply chain. Many of the quantitative scoring concepts learned in that project are applied in the OpenSlate Score.

Matt Ballek is a seasoned search engine marketing professional and video marketing evangelist with over 10 years of experience. Matt has been responsible for developing, communicating and implementing advanced SEO strategies for numerous brands including Lowes, FedEx, Rolex, and Groupon. Matt is a pioneer in understanding how video changes search engine optimization and is a recognized expert in video SEO. Matt has been a featured speaker at SMX, Hostingcon, and a published author of articles for Media Post's Search Insider. Matt also writes, produces, and edits educational content on video optimization and consistently ranks #1 for video SEO on YouTube.

Paul O'Reilly is an award winning Creative Director with over 15 years of start-up and interactive agency experience. Paul is the visual conscience behind Outrigger's product offerings, bringing creative, information architecture and UX skills to our team. Paul has worked with companies like Accenture, CitiGroup, Prudential, Martha Stewart Omni Media, and other Fortune 500 companies to help streamline their digital, mobile and online video presence.
Herb Blank
Herb is a quantitative analysis pioneer. For over 30 years, he has been involved in some of the most innovative quant products on Wall Street. He pioneered the development of ETF's at Fidelity and Value line, developing investment models, and Arbitrage Pricing Theory annalysis for both. At Deutsche Bank he was Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of CountryBaskets -- a quantitatively based family of international equity mutual funds. Since then he has been involved in the development of several quantitative ratings systems, including the risk analysis at Rapid Ratings. Herb has a BA in Mathematics from Penn and an MBA from NYU-Stern. Herb also is president of the New York chapter of QWAFAFEW, a group for quantitative researchers and investment professionals with regular meetings and discussion about industry issues. Andrea Beecher
Andrea Beecher serves as Vice President of Client Relations as Outrigger Media. She has over 15 years of experience in media sales, marketing and client relations. Previously she was Executive DIrector of Marketing at The Wall Street Journal and Sales and Marketing Director at Dow Jones Integrated Solutions where she lead global solution-based sales and marketing initiatives for national and global advertisers across print and online properties. Andrea has also held a succession of sales and marketing positions at The New York Times, In Style, Vogue and Glamour magazines.
